Please Note: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there will be some changes to the normal format. Masks are required while on the porch, in the clubhouse, or where social distancing of 6' or more cannot be maintained. The clubhouse is closed except for the restrooms (no kitchen, no inside shower). There is an outside shower available. No food or drink will be provided at this event so please plan accordingly. The Port Hole Inn is open and can provide carryout and/or dine-in service. This event is also contingent on various factors including Federal/State/County guidance or orders, and the health and fitness of support staff. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes that may be required.
Highlight - Fleet 113 - Single-handed Racing at BYC
Let me start this off by giving a background on Berlin Yacht Club. We started single-handed racing 6 years ago with the idea of allowing people to show up with whatever they owned as long as you single-hand. We have seen a huge success in this program with us scoring Portsmouth, doing a single start and short windward/leeward races.

The event kicked off Tuesday, February 22nd with the customary Nest Key Race and Rum Rendezvous. Breeze was up for the day, blowing in the high teens out of a southeasterly direction. This provided an exhilarating downwind run out to Nest Key.
